From identifying prime locations for new shopping centers to maximizing existing property potential, Bennett combines market insight with hands-on execution.

Building on his expertise at Nalley, Bennett founded Waypoint Capital, where he serves as Chief Investment Officer. Here, he applies his analytical mindset to develop investment strategies that balance risk and return, using data and systematic approaches to make smarter investment decisions.

Bennett earned his Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from Clemson University and a Master of Science in Finance from Villanova University. His professional expertise spans strategic planning and budgeting, real estate transactions and development analysis, portfolio allocation optimization, and advanced financial modeling using Bloomberg Terminal.

Beyond his professional work, Bennett stays connected to his community. He played a pivotal role in the YMCA of Easley's capital campaign, contributing both his construction knowledge and fundraising expertise. His ties to Presbyterian College run particularly deep. After playing Division I baseball there, he returned to serve on the Athletic Steering Committee, leading fundraising efforts and helping plan new athletic facilities.
